To do this, navigate to the bottom of the sheet where the tab is. This will give each box an outline on the online view as well as the printed view.īy selecting the down arrow on the sheet, you’ll see more options, like duplicating or changing the name.
Now, highlight the given area and add grid lines if you like. For example, in my sample, the header rows are pretty small, but the different sections vary. From there, you can adjust the sizing of the rows and columns to fit the information that will be given. You can do this by highlighting the cells you’d like to delete, then right-click and select delete cells. Then, create enough rows for your different sections of the day. I like my days of the week across the top, plus one extra section for notes, so I have 6 columns. Adjust the number of columns and rows you’d like to include in your template.
